I love my infrared jade sauna.  I have a regular sauna  also, and this one is so much more  effective and pleasurable to use.  I am using the pneumatic compression unit in my medical spa following endermologie and laser treatments. It is effective for lymphatic drainage as well as muscle soreness and just feels like a great massage.  As a business owner, I have to say that dealing with Albert has been an absolute pleasure.

I was asked to provide copy writing services for a sister company, fbespa, where all of this equipment is made available to members of the spa. I did not feel I could do this project justice unless I experienced it myself. I made a trip down to LA and spent almost an entire day. I had a fantastic experience.  Whole body vibration machines were something I did not even know existed, and I was very skeptical about using it. I'm 72 years old, have had lifelong problems with my right hip and had total joint replacement in 2004. Using gym equipment caused discomfort and major muscle soreness and I also found the boredom hard to take. So, like most everyone, I dropped out. I spent more than 15 minutes on various models at fbespa. There was no soreness then and no soreness later, but I felt that my muscles had had a real good massage. I was so impressed that I purchased an IV400 in October, and I'm thrilled to have it available to me daily! It has helped me break through two weight loss plateaus. My legs are stronger; I walk with more confidence and I have less pain. I highly recommend whole body vibration to older people and those who have not exercised in a long time.. After using the whole body vibration machine on a recent vacation to Hollywood, I was HOOKED!!! So I just HAD to have one at home. The staff was very helpful and recommended the IV400. It was shipped directly to my home and I couldn't be happier!  Now I have the convenience of "state of the art" technology right in my own home, it takes up less room than my treadmill, and is so much better for me. It's "low impact" on my joints and I don't have to worry about falling off of it like my old, outdated treadmill. I have seen AMAZING results in just three weeks in my legs, arms and core.  My muscles are definitely tighter and more toned. I purchased my vibration machine from FBE spa and I absolutely love it. I went into the FBE showroom where they had a wide range of vibration machines to try out. I ended up choosing the IV400 Pro which was my favorite one within my price range. The staff made me feel very assured that the product I was testing would be the product I would be receiving and it was. I had done some research on purchasing vibration machines and read some negative reviews about websites selling the products. Some people did not get the product that they ordered and others received little to no customer service. Not only was the product I ordered from fbe the exact model in the showroom, but they insisted that if anything should go wrong with the machine that I call them immediately to get it fixed. Nothing has gone wrong thus far (knock on wood), but it is a good feeling knowing that they have a location and great customer service if I ever have a problem.

I am writing this review basically to praise fbe for delivering the product that I ordered. I am one of what seems like many who have been duped by websites selling vibration machines. My client who is obsessed with the vibration machine told me to buy her one for personal use. After a little research online I purchased one from a website. Within weeks upon receiving it the motor was acting funny and the machine was making awkward sounds. I tried calling customer service and they actually hung up on me. And I was not alone. Other people were also having the same problem with the lack of customer service from this online retailer. I was not able to return the product and had to find my own method of fixing it, which didn’t work. That being said I did some further research to find a more trustworthy site to purchase vibration machines and came across fbe. It just so happened that I was travelling with my client to los angeles the week I came across the site, and noticed that they had a showroom where I could test out the product. My client and I went into the showroom and tested out the vibration models. The customer service was great and they ensured us that if there was any problem that they would provide the best customer service. There is no other online retailer that can provide the assurance that fbe can.

I've had an opportunity to test some of the equipment at FBE Spa in Los Angeles. I'm a senior who has had lifelong muscular-skeletal challenges with one hip joint that went bad early in life. Five years ago I had a full hip replacement. I was very skeptical about using the vibration machines. I tested several models and spent more than 15 minutes on full body vibration. This is said to equal at least one hour on weight machines which would make me extremely sore. I had no problems the same day or the next day. This is an exercise that I could stay with and finally lose my excess weight and forestall osteoporosis! I'm seriously considering purchase of a machine.
 
I also tested the hip rotator and found it gentle and soothing. The pneumatic compression felt like a full-body massage with a rolling motion along the back. Very relaxing. But the high point was the infrared jade stone sauna. It's hard to describe the deep, yet gentle warming of all the muscles. Heavenly! After 30 minutes in the sauna, I just floated out of FBE Spa.
